  Very nice bed and breakfast just 10 minutes from Spanish steps and Villa Borghese. It is just opened and all new. Very nice design in the room we stayed, comfortable bed and home fragrance. .   Perfect appartment!! Really modern, recently renovated. Big room, the kitchen has everything necessary, really nice bathroom.It also has a balcony.   This is a wonderful B&B. The house is ancient, full of character and beautifully restored. It is right in the middle of the old town of Tivoli and you can walk everywhere.
