Location, The room, the view from the balcony, the services, facilities- all were perfect . The hotel is very elegant and breakfast was extraordinary. The staff! They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it.

We were met at the reception by 'Gina' who was courteous and pleasant. We were offered a glass of proseco in the garden, taking in the view of Capri, while we waited for our room. Hotel was convenient - very close to ferries to visit other parts of Amalfi coast. Good breakfast. Be sure to get room above first floor for better view of sea. - Return visit - that says a lot! Hotel particularly suits my aged parent - we hope to return there next year!

Family-run hotel, with very friendly and attentive service. Well located in Praiano, which was a good choice of stay for visiting the whole Amalfi Coast. Parking is available, which is crucial here. Breakfast with good variety and tasty, on the terrace with lovely views.
