  The staff was very helpful and courteous! They were able to communicate with us even though we speak very little Italian! The food at their restuarant was wonderful and reasonably priced! To be honest I don't remember reading hotel guest reviews. I booked primarily due to its location to Contrada where my wife's grandfather was originally from in I... что говорят » taly.   The hotel suited us as we were visiting friends in avellino. The town centre was a 10 minute walk. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and friendly. The waiters were really nice and couldn't do enough for you.we were upgraded on arrival to a massive room at no extra expense. We couldn't fault the hotel in any area and I believe as a seasoned traveller my wife and I have never stayed in a hotel as good as this. We have s - The staff was the best we have encountered on our European trip. Rosella and Sonia went out of their ways to make us comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning of our stay to the end of our stay. The easy walk to old center and lots of restaurants could be done in less than 20 mins along a beautiful tree lined street. The breakfast buffet was the largest display of food that we have encountered and tasted great. But the customer service was the best!!
