The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst

After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

This is such a lovely place to stay. When we planned to stay in Naples and travel to Capri, sores to Pompeii from there we were a bit nervous as we were told by many many people that Naples is not a very safe city, and to some extent it is true. When we were approaching the place we felt a little odd in the surroundings although nobody bothered us one bit. Once we entered this lovely B&B everything changed. This is a clean and cheerful B&B. What makes it special is Bruno's friendly helpful attitude. From our first arrival he carried our large suitcases up the stairs for us. Gave us handy tips for pizzarias and trattorias to eat at and welcomed each morning with friendly conversation and great coffee. -

Being at the heart of the city, the location is quite awesome. The receptionist was also very accommodating and helpful. Although the bathrooms are very small, everything that we needed for a short stay was provided for. The air conditioning system was such a relief. I wouldn't mind coming back to Naples and staying at this B&B. -

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The rooms and the place were
very clean and new, the staff were friendly, and the B&B is located
in the very centre of Naples: Corso Umberto, via Toledo, the Duomo, the
Spanish Quarters, the funicular and the railway station (to name only a
few) are only a walk away. We were given 2 quiet rooms and we slept most
comfortably. Recommended.

Very funy story with lift for 5cent :-) and small entry´s door.. service and hotel staff unrivalled!!! thanks!!!! - Don't be put down by the stairway in the old building, which has seenlife. Inside the view changed and the room was very very spacious andbeautiful. Altogether very much as Naples is. Breakfast is very light

We had such a nice stay! We loved our bedroom, the dining room, the localization and, above all, the staff - Maxim (the boss) and Pina (housemaid) are so open, friendly and helpful, we're happy to have met them and we're missing our daily conversations :) Choose this hotel if you're looking for something nice, comfortable, safe, particular and in the centre, and yet not overly touristic, if you know what I mean ;)
