The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great.
Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

Although as previous people have mentioned, the street is really dirty because of the market, but the location for the station is great and inside the hotel, it is beautiful.
