  We came just for one night to visit Venice. The bus station to Venice is right front of hotel and they sold us the bus tickets on the reception which was great. It took about 25 min to get to Venice. The room and bathroom was clean and the breakfest is good. The staff is excellent, the rooms are emaculate. The overall experience was great. We booked an expanded family room and they gave us 2 double rooms. My wife didn't want to leave the hotel it was very nice.

  This is too good to be thought of a B & B - it is an exclusive villa experience, where every aspect of the property has been planned and designed with great care.
