The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

The best accomodation from the point price-quality. Very convenient location ( nearby tram and bus stations, metro ) - 7 minutes to Duomo by tram, 20 minutes - walking. Staff of the hotel is very helpfull. They are ready to solve all your problem. The room equipped with all necessary facilities, very clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again. - П

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk along Via Piave to the south from metro station Porta Venezia, 50 metres from tram No.9 stop.
We were friendly met by owner/staff Winchenco, who gave us a useful city map and explained nice places around to visit.
We were satisfied with our room, which was large enough, with small fridge, TV, regulating central heating, air refresher.
Shared bathroom with shower was very clean and it was free every time we wanted to use it.

The apartment was in a great location to the nightlife of navigli, shopping and walking distance to duomo. Marco was a very efficient and welcoming host. Nothing was a problem. They are quite basic, but very clean and as we didn't spend much time in our room, they were adequate for our visit. I would definitely stay here again. -

Отличные аппартаменты в самом сердце Милана! Дуомо пять минут хотьбы. Рядом с домом подземный паркинг( платно),не пришлось искать место для машины. Стерильная чистота, отличное бельё, и банные принадлежности.Для желающих мини-бар как в отеле( платно),но всё в больших ёмкостях и по приемлемым ценам, на мой взгляд.

Полностью соответствуют фото и описанию.Приехали в 9 утра,несмотря на заселение в 14:00 нас заселили сразу.
За 10 минут позвонили и нас встречали у входа.
