  Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially

  We stayed at the hotel for Four nights.The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. The elderly gentleman at the reception went out of his way, using his own car at no extra charge to drop us where we could get a shuttle bus to... что говорят » Malpensa airport. He called the number on display to ascertain if and when the bus would be coming ( helped as we would have struggled to put a sente - Excellent location for a meeting at Mico, an 8 minute stroll, snd only 100 feet to the number 1 Metro line that takes you to central Milan and the Duomo. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.

  What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.   Proof that you get what you pay for, the staff were very helpful and informative, taking a lot of the strain out of urban travel. Our room in this chic modern hotel was stunning and very quiet. UP is a fairly easy walking distance from the Duomo and a short taxi ride (11 euros) to the Stazione Cordona (and Malpensa Express).
