the staff were very friendly and accomodating. In fact they couldn't do enough for us - lending us bikes, and generally doing all they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

We arrived very late the hotel had ensured that we were welcomed.
The room was large and comfortable and very warm.

We only stayed for one night but we had a good time there. The lady who owns the b&b was really friendly. There is a nice and clean swimming pool with a garden. The breakfast was really nice, they also bake or cook you an egg if you want. The room was fine. Small bathroom though. Luca is really beautifull so worth a visit. It is about 1 km to

being a part of a lovely italian environment. We felt we were a part of

Helpful and nice personnel. Good room facilities. - Room and bathroom were well appointed, clean and modern providing plenty of space to move around. Also well situated to old, walled lucca centre and bus terminal. Great pastry shop next door.

This was a delightful place to stay with Manuela being so helpful and friendly to all her guests. Breakfast was lovely and when weather was nice we got to mingle with other guests - even in the afternoon when we could sit in garden having tea and coffee with whoever was around from sightseeing the town which is only 2 to 3 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the walls of central Lucca. It's in a quiet neigborhood with small shops (pastry, laundry, and others) within a short walk. Breakfast was better than expected and again the owner is the perfect host.
