My fd and I both appreciate the location of apartment. There are close to most attractions in central Rome. And it is also convenient for shopping. Not only can shop the luxury or local gifts, but there are street and a small market selling vantage gadgets nearby. The facilities are ok, all are enough and well working, I think it value for money.

Excellent central location overlooking the river. Clean, smart, spacious
apartment with comfortable beds in a very attractive building. The
apartment is on a very busy, noisy road. This did not detract from our
stay, the double glazing was effective in keeping this noise down and we
liked watching the crazy traffic and feeling part of the city.

The room was perfect. Modern, comfortable like our own mini apartment in Rome. Vey clean. The bed was excellent. Theres no noise what so ever and where the hotel location is execelent. I was really pleased with everything. I highly recomend this hotel. -

Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near
Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the
smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and
thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety
box

Location Location Location! 5 minutes walk to the Pantheon or Piazza Navona which is a good starting point for any visit to Rome. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. I loved that the windows opened so high above the street! The large spa tub was wonderful after a day of walking. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was so yummy! I loved staying here. the staff was hospitable. I felt like i was safe and well cared for.

bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every
way. As this is a B&B, she and her staff met us at the door and
assisted us with our baggage. Breakfast is delivered to your apartment

Everything was perfect and exceptional. Staff, specially Manuella, were very helpful and professional. Hotel was very clean and in perfect location. Internet was excellent... all were exceeding our expectations.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля - самый ценрт, близко хорошие магазины, НО в номере было ОЧЕНЬ холодно. батарее включали только ночью, и то они были еле теплые. ночью еще куда ни шло по температуре в номере, а днем ОЧЕНь холодно. как пример - руки настолько замерзли, что не реагировали на сенсорный экран айфона (он работает от пальцев теплых рук).

We loved this little hotel - the bathroom was large (for European
standards). All of the employees we dealt with where quite friendly and
very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel as we were able
to walk everywhere we wanted to visit - the Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza
Navona, Coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps.

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.

Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot -
Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.
