Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance.

Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can.
The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C.
It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment.
The location was excellent too.
Would definately stay there again.

Chic & Town Luxury Rooms is in a great location, both to get to and to get around in the city. The staff is amazingly helpful and they're always ready to help you to make your holiday as special as you want it. They also recommended good places to eat out for dinner. The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests.
We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.

Our entire stay at Piazza di Spagna Prestige was a marvel. This is a
beautiful boutique hotel, where each of the rooms has its own distinct
character and charm, and they are all classy, harmonious, and
comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the owner Giovanna
takes care of any request you might have. Before our visit, I informed
