  Excellent location in Rome, new and very comfortable accomodation, very clean. It is not a hotel, so don't expect the typical hotel picture.It is a floor in a building with separate rooms. For example we took our breakfast at the near bar, 5m from the door of Maison Spagna, or we could have asked to take it at the room.   Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour.
