  Brand new hotel, very well designed, and with a great atmosphere. Staff was really warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with a nice variety of options, accompanied by excellent coffee. Location is great- less than 5 minutes walk to Termini central station, from which you can take the metro, bus or train to practically anywhere in Rome. Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.

  The staff was extremely friendly and willing to display us the options for nice cafes and restaurants in Rome. It was nice having our breakfast outdoors at a nice cafe. The room was very clean and the bathroom recently renovated.   The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... что говорят » n. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba - Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children
