  Great location, friendly staff, great customer service. Did I mention great location! Very clean and spacious. I defiinitely will stay here again! - I can't say enough good things. From the welcome wine and cakes to the beautiful rooms. I only hope I will be lucky enough to stay here again

The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located. The bathrooms were new and spacious as was the room itself. The staff went out of their way to recommend and make reserrvations at local restaurants and assisted with luggage.   R.P.S. was an amazing hotel. We were treated well (free room upgrade), the room was beautiful, modern and warm which was perfect since we were there in the winter and it was *cold*. Close to everything and I also really liked the code needed to enter the building, made me feel safe and secure. With relation to the staff, Rosa in particular went out of her way for us several times.

  The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was huge for the price, and in a perfect, central location. Giovanna might be the nicest person I have ever met in my life. Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home.   This was a perfect location being just a few meters off piazza de la signoria in the heart of Florence. Very close to sight seeing, shopping, river etc. The room was well designed with everything one would need including a small safe, it was very clean and the facilities were everything that I needed.   We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. As long you know it is a historical building, so we wouldn't mind to use the staircase to the fourth floor. There is no window to face the plaza so no noise from the crowd at night. It is very clean and beautiful inside. Breakfast is very good.the staff is very nice. You have to take into account that it is located on a fourth flour and there is no elevator: important when you have medium suitcases, and that the reception is open just part time.The location can´t be better

  Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food. The only issue for us was a lack of tea and coffee in the room. everything else was fautless.
