  It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was not a problem as we never intersected with the other guests. There are some supermark - Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

  the hotel staff was extremely helpful in providing things to do in Rome. Very close to Termini station.Clean, the room is equipped with hair dryer, safe, AC, TV, Rome maps, indications, etc Excellent restaurants in the area. Price is reasonable.

The room was clean, looks new and has enough space if you are all day out and you come in the evening (room with one double bad), Bad is good and new, but not for tall people.   I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains.   This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! Internet and DVD's to borrow to boot! ... что говорят » - It's a wonderful place, very comfortable (clean, warm, fully equipped), with good location. There was big room and wonderful breakfast for separate price (we could hardly eat everything). Personnel was very pleasant and responsive. When I come to Rome next time, I'll stay in this hotel again.

  Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.
