  Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). Staff were helpful & attended to our requests. Breakfast was fine, shared bathroom fine (no need to wait), rooms & linen were clean, ... что говорят » and the bed was comfortable. There is also a very basic, usable kitchen so you can reheat ready-made food. Good for a short stay. - The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.

  Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets.
