  I loved that it was exactly the way it was presented on the website. No surprises. Everything is new and clean. The breakfast was great. Galya did a great job serving and cleaning. Fast check-in (Angelo waited for us and checked us in fast). A lot of privacy. Fridge, safe and air-conditioning in the room. 2 minutes from the Termini Station.   В этом отеле замечательный управляющий Андреа, он оперативно отвечал на все наши вопросы по поводу расположения отеля до заезда. Андреа не находится постоянно в отеле, мы заранее обговорили время, ккоторому мы подойдем, и хотя мы пришли на час раньше, Андреа появился через 5 минут после нашего смс-сообщения от том, что мы на месте. Есть холодильник, фен, электрический чайник (чайнику мы были рады больше - Perfect location - 3 minutes walking from the Termini station, 15 minutes from Colosseum. We were here for five nights - and we had a great time. As I said, location is just perfect. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We were walking all the time and the only time we used public transport was the time we have visited Vatican. Andrea, the owner, was great. Before we arrived we were in contact all the time - he was taking care of everything - when you arrive, if you need a transport - The hotel keeper was very friendly and told us about sights, restaurants etc. The hotel is close to Termini station and the neighbourhood is ok, we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The room size was ok for us (we even had a baby cot there) and there was a water kettle, freeze and safety box in the room, and some breakfast stuff as well. You could darken the room and it was quite quiet, too. The air conditioning (which worked properly) was a big plus! I would definitely stay in FlowerRome again!

  The room was attractively decorated, comfortable and quiet. Nice shower! Everything was clean and in good condition. Very convenient to Termini. The proprietor was friendly and helpful, as was the girl who brought our breakfast.   All considered, the place was terrific. My girlfriend and I got there late and it was dark out (11:30pm). Conveniently near Roma Termini train station, even with all our luggage it was not a problem getting there on foot [with help such as map or person] quickly. Arriving, the staff was very helpful with one person doing our paperwork and the o... что говорят » ther marking a map and telling us about places to visit/eat/nightlife/transport/etc. Walking wasn't an issue for us - about 20min to much of Central - The night person at the front desk was fantastic. He helped us get everywhere we wanted to go in Rome with detailed bus and Metro instructions and hand drawn maps. Our room was quiet and secluded off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food options nearby.

  Прежде всего, как оказалось по-приезду, отель Алекс имеет несколько корпусов, расположенных друг от друга на расстоянии 7 минут ходьбы и "дальний" корпус, соответственно, несколько дальше от Термини, чем говорится на сайте.   This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm.   Tomas was excellent. Our plane was late and he waited for us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had an early departure and he ensured that we had a full breakfast. He was very helpful with different questions we had. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location. We have travelled a great deal and this was a good find.
