  The place is a bit old, but surprisingly clean and tidy, the owner does not speak english but very nice and always smiling, very close to the termini and all the shops, would recommend this to tight budget travelers. - excellent location, nice staffs, nice wifi , i love the smile of the old lady owner !

  Location was great! Only three blocks from the main train station in Rome! A great laundry one block away, restaurants also close by. Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable.   Enjoyed staying here, we one used it for one night to be close to the station to fly out the next day. It's a great budget option, large room, clean and secure. We stayed around the Trivoli Fountain for 5 nights at the start of our trip. We found the restaurants so expensive there. ( You pay gor locatoon). Nice location (not the most glamorous part of the town but so convinient to be close to termini station). Good value for money. Very simple but clean and calm (ie. what you would be looking for in a budget hotel). Breakfast is simple but included in the price and really nice to have for a good start of the day.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is located right next to the Termini Railway Station, so it's a great location for those who wish to see more of Italy than just Rome. However, this was not an issue as the neighborhood was fine and actually far less touristy than others in Rome. Room was clean and staff friendly,
