  Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Good breakfast included. Was concerned about making reservations here because of negative reviews, but we found none of the problems mentioned, and we would definitely stay there again & recommend it.

  nearly everything - The guest comments and the rating led me to expect much less than what the room actually was. Room was neat and clean. Single rooms are small but fine. Good location, Good value for money. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant, if you know and accept that it is fine.

  Our stay was amazing! The room was way better than we expected and the staff was so friendly. The room was medium sized with a small kitchenette, nice bathroom and patio area. There is a supermarket down the street so you can make your own food if you wish. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the Termini Station and even closer to Repubblica. Breakfast at the cafe a couple metres down was delicious.
