  Everything was very good, the staff helped us a lot with transfers. The Location was perfect 10 minutes walk from the Vatican, 1-5 Metro stops to all main events as Spagna, Vatican, Fontana di Trevi and a lot more, but you could also walk to most.   The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. From the station at Lepante we walked 15 mins to our Hotel.We found our room very clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast room was very pleasant as were the staff and we enjoyed the food available. Service was excellent.
