  Stayed for 2 nights July 2013 prior to a cruise. Jerson was amazing and did more than what was the normal call of duty. A wonderful individual who took the time to ensure his guests were most comfortable and offering city info on various sites.   We were greeted by a very friendly and funny guy named roberto. He was very funny and cheeky in a good way with jokes! He checked us in and gave us very detailed info bout the city. We were given a huge triple room with a nice balcony. Very very clean and absolutely comfortable. Memory foam mattress is a big plus point.   The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 10' walk away from Termini and 70m away from the nearest metro station.   Merulana Suite 2 is brand new, nice and clean place to stay in. It is very close to Colosseum and metro station. It is run by Pietro and Leonardo with the help of Simona. Very nice people! Pietro greeted us with bottle of wine and some fruits. We had new portion of tasty jellies chocolates every day.
