  The location was great only a short walk from the pizzale Roma where we got the bus to and from the airport. Also just a short walk into the main attractions grand canal, st marks square. We were pleasantly surprised as after reading remarks & rating of previous tourists we expected an overpaid seedy hotel. The staff was helpful and provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants in the area so it is fairly convenient.

The staff were wonderful! Always friendly and couldnt do enough to oblige. The hotel was recommended to us and we have in turn recommended it to others. We even showed our literature we had to the pilot of our aeroplane coming home who was looking for a nice hotel for his daughter ti stay!
