  The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv... что говорят » al back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking. - We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

  Our standard room was medium sized, clean, bright and airy with a mini bar and large en suite. We also had a small balcony. Beds were very comfortable and there was no noise at night.   It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.
