  The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The woman who cleaned the rooms did a great job and was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning. The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

  I do not agree with any of the negative reviews on this absolutely magnificent hotel. You get what you pay for and maybe even more. The room was spacious, clean and very bright. The furniture is not the most fashionable in the world but it's a hotel you need to rest in, not have any parties nor anything.
