  The couple that ran the place were really lovely and hospitable. The location is brilliant - very near centre (5-10 min walk) and right opposite a nice cafe / bakery serving bread, pastries and coffee, that is open 24 hours!   very friendly staff; very modern and comfortable; clean; the entering into the hotel without reception by using mail or message instructions was a bit curious at the beginning but turned out very easy and useful afterwards - that just should be pointed out at the hotel description to be prepaired... - Alles!!! It was ok because the hotel has such a lovely position on the sea that you are never in the room.
