  The accomodation as well as the excellent service. Also the location was perfect. Internet store 1/2 block away and laundry with clean new washers and dryers 1/2 block away. A bus stop 1/2 block away. - This hotel was beautiful, and perfectly located. Very modern. The staff was friendly and helpful!

  Понравилось расположение и обслуживание,очень приветливый персонал.Вид внутри номеров отвратительный,обои обшарпанные,местами оторванные,мебель разваливается,пуль от телевизора был только в одном номере из двух,да и то не работал,душ находился в одном помещении,а фен в туалете.Очень скудный завтрак.На 4-ку не тянет. - Ужасный отель!!! Маленький гря... что говорят » зный номер, душ "в полу", обтертая плитка в ванной, шум с дороги из-за незакрывающегося окна на улицу. Отель преподносит себя как 4 ****, брехня - 3 *** максимум. В ванной нашла шампунь, там было 3 ***, администратор мне сказал, что это ошибка - так напечатали случайно - враки! Старый, обшарпанный, грязноватый отель!

It was bright and pleasant with a lovely view. The front desk staff were also first rate. Every one of the several staff members there was terrifically helpful--from arranging for private car tours to recommending restaurants. Our stay in Florence was greatly enhanced by the well qualified and very kind staff.

  We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.

  The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located on a busy, famous square, which was magnificent (and great fun) to overlook, but yet so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was helpful and kind.   We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our honeymoon. The room was beautiful and very clean although can get very loud at night, must sleep with the window and shutters closed to avoid this.
