  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place. Room was immaculately clean andspacious, there's a kitchen on each floor so there is no overcrowding.It's not a party place but it's very secure and comfortable.
