  Сложно сказать,так как отдыхали мои близкие,а подбирала я сама!Место расположение -отлично,но вышел конфуз из за котегории-улучшеной...само слово должно было говорить об удобствах,а телевизор маленький...что не соответствует самому названию отеля с котегорией "Luxury "...и так далее...конечно же к работе персонала это не относиться,но из за мелочей... что говорят » падает уровень самого отеля! - everything was perfect , very beutiful rooms and very big , the whole hotel was huge , great location and very close to all atractions in rome and shopping areas . a very nice shop at the reception with designers bags . - The rooms (we had four) were all large and very well appointed. The staff friendly. Its is in a very covienient position near the metro so we were able to use this or walk to any virual any part of Rome.

  It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful. The room was spotless clean and the mini bar was free of charge. First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)
