Everything was perfect!!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for you to sleep and keep your luggage. Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.

The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk

The location was great (very close to Termini train station and all other sightseeing spots.) and the room was very clearn. Our luggage arrived late (due to the airline mistake) and the owner of Aenea was kind enough to stay late in the evening to wait for it to help us. We give the highest rating for the hotel.

Nearby Metro gets you quickly and cheaply (1.50 euro for age 12 and up) to Vatican city.
