  We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

  The room is right next to the Station Termini. The surrounding area was safe. The room has air-condition (important in summers) and is completely sound proof for a restful night sleep. The bathroom (shower) was large enough that two people could fit, which from my experience seems uncommon for bathrooms in Italy. The room was very large and had all the things we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and clean, there was a writing desk, safe, TV and nice bathroom. Good sound insulation from the street (there is a daily street market daily just outside).   Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Real life was better than pictures! Says a lot. Breakfast was nice at the next door neighbor restaurant, it is Italian style, which means loads of suger, but tasty! We had different type of - Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk.
