Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour. Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Monica showed us the highlights in the area on the map and printed our tickets and boarding passes. She arranged a driver for us for our 6am flight out.
We spent over 3 weeks traveling throughout Italy and this place was by far the best price to value for the level of accommodations. It is within walking distance (5-10 min) to major sites and a convenient bus stop is just around the corner.
