  Tomas was excellent. Our plane was late and he waited for us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had an early departure and he ensured that we had a full breakfast. He was very helpful with different questions we had. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location. We have travelled a great deal and this was a good find. We asked he for help in August for a late Sept visit, but that restaurant was closed for August. She wrote down our request in her diary and called the restaurant the first day it opened. Incredible!   Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside the room and at night. Small garden inside the complex is nice. The old- style elevator was really neat & worked just fine. Lots of cafes to choose from nearby, highly recommend "Tomoko Tudini" - pizza there simply delicious! - The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared!   Good location for short stay, clean, very friendly staff. - Excellent location - 5 min. to Termini by feet. Good value for money. Free of charge for luggage storage after check out - Very close to station as we stayed here only one night. Very clean and excellent for only 50 euros!!

  The location is very good. It’ really close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the bus or metro station in 3 min. There is a big supermarket inside the station and so many small restaurant or snack bar nearby. The owner and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Besides croissant or toast, you can also try some Chinese style breakfast,it's pretty good!!! - this place is only a few metres from termini train station, and although the termini neighbourhood is not too good, this place is quietly tucked away in a side street so you wont be bothered by any of that. staff is very nice and helpful, hotel and room interior are minimal but everythings clean. our room was quite spacy too. nothing romantic or special but for this price and our needs very satisfying!

В шаговой доступности остановка дешевого шаттл-баса до аэропорта. Из персонала мы общались только с хозяйкой - Габриэллой (похоже она и несет всю основную нагрузку по содержанию хозяйства), и всегда наши вопросы находили положительное решение.

  The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 10' walk away from Termini and 70m away from the nearest metro station. The rooms were small but really very clean and we had a daily room cleaning. As for the breakfast we went to a nearby Snack Bar and we had coffee,tea,juice, yogurt and croissants.   Joseph was so lovely, he didn't speak very much English but that added to the classic Italian vibe! The room was perfect, it had large windows opening onto the Italian streets below, a very comfortable double bed, a sofa, tv, desk and other things. We weren't there much as there is so much to do in Rome but when we were it was perfect. We had a sh... что говорят » ared bathroom which I was anxious about but there are simply 2 normal bathrooms in the hallway about 5 steps from our room, both of which had nice hot - The place is held by a family and when we arrived, we felt like we were a part of this family. The owners made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Even when I felt under weather, they kindly prepared tea for me as often as we asked for it. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location could not be better. Almost everything is a walking distance from the hotel and we rarely needed to use any kind of transportation.
