  Fabulous little find in the centre of the old town of Bergamo. Excellent food. Warm welcome. Clean.Sat nav took us up the narrow cobbled streets right to the door. We were given a free residential parking permit for our stay. Rooms basic but clean. - Above all, owners and staff, most friendly and helpful.   I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!!   Perfect location - in the centre of shopping streets and squares, many bars and restaurants, room was well equiped, good breakfast (we can eat anytime because it was prepared in the room). There was fast wifi internet and TV, nice restaurant under the hostel (you can have 10% discount as a hostel guest).   The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the stay, the hosts could not do enough to help us out. The room was fantastic, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, well stocked, class... что говорят » y and stylish. We'll be back as often as - We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked the quiet rear courtyard. The airport shuttle also stops at thetrain station so getting to and from the airport is effortless. The walkto the Funicular is a leasurly 20 minute strolls, but you can take thebus.
