San Lorenzo was a lovely hotel, in the centre of the old city old Bergamo, the staff at the desk were really nice and informative, the room was small but really well equipped with a balcony overlooking the 'gardens', parking was free outside the hotel because the hotel provided us with a ticket to put in our car , a real bonus. The owners brought us directly to and from the airport, which was very convenient as we have a small child and the inward flight arrival was quite late. They were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The house is very charming, and just a few minutes walk from Piazza Vecchia in Citta Alta. We spent seven nights there, and never tired of the beautiful city of Bergamo. It's also an easy enough journey to Lake Iseo and Lake Como. -

I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! Had a brilliant stay!! - The location regarding city centre, the old town plus enough parking

Really good location between new and old cities, apartment clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There was loads to do every day and this was a great apartment for a family. A lovely warm welcome from Monica, who had also been very helpful prior to our arrival. A great location, being so close to citta Alta, walking distance. Apartment well laid out, comfortable and has everything you need. Bakery, pizza restaurant and lovely bar/café very close by. Use bus from airport or train station as stop just up the road!

The apartment itself was suprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great location halfway between The Old City and the City Center in small quiet street and with charming patio.
Looking forward to visit this place again!

Very good location but in room 64 terrible smell - Great hotel in great location. Directly across from train station, sogoing to and from Milan is easy. The airport shuttle also stops at thetrain station so getting to and from the airport is effortless. The walkto the Funicular is a leasurly 20 minute strolls, but you can take thebus. Lots of .Rest
