I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! Perfect location - in the centre of shopping streets and squares, many bars and restaurants, room was well equiped, good breakfast (we can eat anytime because it was prepared in the room). There was fast wifi internet and TV, nice restaurant under the hostel (you can have 10% discount as a hostel guest). I will be glad to stay here again :). -

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
