The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat. It was really great staying in this hotel. The personell was very nice and kind. Special thanks to Georgio and Irina, they were very great. Great hotel really.

The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The hotel is only a 5 minutes walk from the water bus station and there is a departmental store + supermarket nearby. -

All the staff were nice, the breakfast was good and the entire hotel has just been renovated so all bathroom fixtures and room furniture is new and in excellent condition. - For a beach holiday it's perfect. Two mins from the vaporetto stop from the main island of Venice, (and therefore, the vap from the station) and on the main road which leads straight to the public beach, 3 mins walk. Lots of nice cafes, shops, very Riviera feel but without the prices. Plus Venice on your doorstep! Lovely staff, nice lounge spaces, good breakfast - and in the garden.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even came 30 min late to breakfast the first morning and they said it was no problem, and even brought us a warm croissant from the kitchen. - The staff was very nice, the room clean and warm and confortable. The breakfast was enough for all tastes.
