  We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again... что говорят » . - The Hotel was well situated but still quiet. The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and there were many little extras provided free of charge, which only added to the pleasure. The room was wonderful, full of atmosphere and beautifully appointed. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends without hesitation.

  Our family of 4 had the apt near San Samuele. The 2 bdrms were on the 2nd floor and the kit/dining, livingroom were on the 3rd. It was large (for european standards) and modern with new appliances (incl washing machine-no dryer and a dishwasher), quiet a/c in most rooms (w/remote), nice balcony w/table in back, king bed in master and twins in the ... что говорят » other(very comfortable), multiple closets. The apt has good lighting (except for the bathroom) which we always find to be a problem in Europe-any coun - The communication from the charming owner was excellent! We had no phone or internet here for four days leading up to our trip, so everything had to be passed via our daughter. This presented no problem. We remained in communication by text right up to the time we arrived in Piazzale Roma ready for the ten minute walk to the flat, and she was exactly where she said she would be. She couldn't do enough to help us: showing us how everything in the flat worked, providing maps and explaining loc

Being on the canal gave it great accessibility in a city as tough as Venice, and that was especially helpful since I was new to Venice. Brunch was included and was exccellent.   We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay at Hotel Casa Boccassini for our honeymoon. The hotel is tucked away and we did have to look hard to find it however if you do your research beforehand it will be easy to locate. When you first walk into the hotel there is a beautiful garden courtyard with chairs which is a nice serene place for the weary trave... что говорят » ller to take a load off your feet. The rooms are nice, fairly small and nothing fancy with slightly outdated furniture, however the ensuite was new a - Cheap for Venice but still well over 100 euros per night. Cean comfortable and with lovely garden giving friendly homely feel. In a quieter part of Venice which is a huge plus after battling through the crowds around Rialto and St Marks square. Still only a few minutes walk from centre so why pay more for a slightly more central location? Receptionist didn't speak English but extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Breakfast in garden was not the most generous but in a delightful setting.

  Charming, friendly and extremely helpful staff. A minor quibble: no waste paper basket(s) in the big gorgeous beamed room--a free upgrade from that requested. Unique design of room #401 (with stairs up and down to bathroom which was a shower only(but beautifully equipped) made it a little awkward to navigate. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The walk to the main areas of the city was about 10-15mins and very pleasant. From the hotel it is only a 4 minute walk to the Fondamente Nuova to get boats to Murano and Burrano. 3 mins from a main shopping area with cafe's etc.Staff were excellent.
