  We had a superior double room (302 a) with a view overlooking the Spanish steps. Room was clean and comfortable with a relaxing white design. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Spagna Suites is next to to the luxurious shopping district with all the famous Italian designe - The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

  We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe.   We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano.   I am very familiar with Rome and thought this to be an ideal location. Because the area near the Piazza di Spana is my favorite area I was please to find the hotel so near. The price was excellent for the room size. It was far larger than expected. I will use the hotel again and will reccomend it to others.   Even if the rooms in the "suite" section are small, they are SO nicely decorated and CLEAN. We had a little balcony :) - The staff was very friendly. . The location was excellent for walking to most of the main sites.

  The location couldn't been better, a few minutes from the metro and many attractions in walking distance. And the price was the best in the area. The room where cleaned every day and the toilet was fresh. The bed (double) was ok but my girlfriend thought it was to hard. The breakfast was okay and the service perfect. Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood.
