  We were very happy to have Francesco meet us and take us to the apartment to settle us in. The apartment was huge, very well equipped and really gave us all the room to move that we needed.   An easy walk from Piazzale Roma bus station and Santa Lucia train station (no boat to catch, no dragging suitcases through the heavy tourist traffic). There was absolutely no noise from the train station or the canal adjacent the apartments. Due to the location you do not get large numbers of passers by, so very peaceful. It is located a 10 minute walk from the station. We couldn't find it immediately but on the second walk past we realised that each house has its own number in the locality, rather than a street number. Однозначно остановимся снова в этих аппартаментах. - I rented 2 apartments, both were on the top floor of a former palace. Both were incredible. Well furnished, very clean and orderly. The location could not have been better. Less than 1/2 block from the Vaparetto stop, within walking distance of San Marco, shopping, restaurants, etc. The terrace in one apt and view of the Grand Canal and Venice in the other made our stay very special. I highly recommend these apts. Special thanks to Silvia. She was incredible to work with. She is a real asset to - Extremely positive attitude from the rep of the company that lets the apartment - very helpful in every respect. We also liked a terrace - though quite small, it was good we had it. Location was also very convenient - no noise, but very close to Ca'Razzonico vaporetto stop and one of major squares - St. Margherita, as well as shops and restaurants. Air-conditioner also is a huge advantage - we would not survive in Venice in July without it.

  Our family of 4 had the apt near San Samuele. The 2 bdrms were on the 2nd floor and the kit/dining, livingroom were on the 3rd. The apt has good lighting (except for the bathroom) which we always find to be a problem in Europe-any coun - The communication from the charming owner was excellent! We had no phone or internet here for four days leading up to our trip, so everything had to be passed via our daughter. This presented no problem. We remained in communication by text right up to the time we arrived in Piazzale Roma ready for the ten minute walk to the flat, and she was exactly where she said she would be.   Our trip to Venice was very enjoyable and relaxing, thanks to our accommodation at Corte 1321. The lady working at the time, whose name we unfortunately did not catch, was very warm and welcoming. She came out to the courtyard to greet us when we arrived - and had even waited until late evening for us to arrive after some train delays. We felt very com - We loved the place. It's a very well appointed place with excellent decor and furniture. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom shower area was really spacious. The Corte 1321 is located at the Rialto Bridge end of Venice with easy access to the Vaporetto stops. The host Maria was excellent and very knowledgable and helpful, our kids thought she was wonderful.
