  Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. Also the air conditioning was working fine. The location is excellent. - Very reasonable price for a centrally located hotel. Only several blocks from the the Spanish Steps (and the Metro).   The location was perfect. Very near transportation and good resturaunts, and the breakfast was filling and enjoyed by my kids. The staff were helpful (letting us check out later to accommodate our transportation plans) and the rooms were quiet, back off the street. The rooms ( #5 and #6) had great working air conditioning.   The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost.   Very hospitable, the staff were all very accommodating - especially Dulla (not sure of the spelling) who waited for us to arrive at midnight when we were supposed to be there around 9.30pm (delayed flight etc.,) and Marco the son who went out of his way to be helpful. It was very very close to Piazza Navona. We walked EVERYWHERE because the location was so central to everything. It was in a great building too with a lot of traditional European charm.
