  The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The two people we met were Lucco and Marco. They were friendly and took time to answer questions about directions to the airport and to the old city of Bergamo and good places to eat. There were five of us traveling together. Breakfast good. Air condition. - I needed a hotel which was close to the airport so the location was excellent. Situated in a cul-de-sac helps reduce traffic noise. Private drive were I parked my car literally a couple of meters from my room. The owner of the place was very kind, polite and helpful. The room (and facilities) was excellent. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend the place for a city trip.
