  We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and Catherina walked us to our room in a separate building. She was gracious and friendly and prepared to answer questions we hadn't even thought to ask. Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. Free coffee/tea/treats throughout the day...dishware/glassware available to use in room. Fantastic café around the corner with very generous breakfast included. I would highly recommend this B & B to all.

Communal areas were pristine. Located on a peaceful street only about 5mins city centre. We had air con, slippers, toiletries, and a little kitchenette. We are going back soon. Thanks - What a great hotel! Our suite was huge, clean and well appointed. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Firenzesuite for everyone, but especially for families.

  We stayed in the apartment for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had the studio.It has everything necessary-kitchenette, microwave, fridge, cutlery, what we really appreciated is that there was a washing machine in the basement and you dont have to pay for it extra.   we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . - decoration is very nice. personal is very friendly and intimate. room is comfortable, bathroom is also big.
