  The apartment is located in the historical center, very convenient. You can late in the evening to sit on the Grand canal and not to worry about how to get back. Very nice and spacious room. But one night. we slept with the Windows open. It is possible. because the Windows overlook the courtyard. very clean . In the morning made Breakfast pastries... что говорят » , jams, bread, wonderful coffee!!! Bath with a new bathroom. Because this apartment , resort tax do not pay. I recommend to all who come to the festiv - Only one stuff there, but very friendly and helpful. This is a free B&B, you can enjoy it just like your home, but please dont bother the others. And one important thing, before you go out to have a walk dont forget to take the key, because maybe you are the first one who get back. Any way, no complain.

  We loved our stay at Ca' Cortigiane Suite. The Suite has enough heritage of Venice mixed with present day expectations to make the stay a real Venetian experience. Rosanna and Laura could not have been more pleasant or helpful to deal with. We loved the location, it was so convenient. To the local restaurant who is concerned, phones the owner, walks you back to the apartment and h - The location was fantastic. An easy walk to almost everything (if you factored in getting lost because that is part of the Venice experience surely!) Was great to have a supermarket just around the corner for convenience and a boat pier so close for easy walking with our luggage. Communication was excellent from the owners from start to finish. Laura was fantastic with her meet and greet and provided us with fab information about the local highlights. Apartment was warm, clean and comfortable

  We were very happy to have Francesco meet us and take us to the apartment to settle us in. The apartment was huge, very well equipped and really gave us all the room to move that we needed. The proximity to the boats and gondolas was a delight and really kept the children entertained for long periods every day. The location was superb.   Ca'Spezier was very very clean and well maintained. Monica was pleasant and helpful. Her directions were spot on in getting us there from the train station, The ceiling fan gave a welcome refresher from the day's heat. Each day, there was plenty of cheese, juice, cereal, and pastry for breakfast. I would stay again and highly recommend Ca'Spezier.... что говорят » It is clean, comfortable, and a great value. Monica was terrific. - Lovely rooms which are all set off the kitchen/shared space area. Breakfast served until 10am on a self-service basis which had a nice selection of drinks, breads, jams and cheeses. Get three keys when checking in which means you can come and go to the property as you please. Overall, a lovely guest house.

  Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train. It was hot outside the room, but once inside the r - Elegant spacious rooms with attention to detail and good facilities. Spotlessly clean, with good quality toiletries and plenty of towels changed daily. Excellent comfortable bed and quiet location ensured good nights sleep. Staff were delightful and friendly, all spoke excellent english and could not do enough to make sure our stay was a memorable one.
