  Extremely friendly and helpful staff; location was perfect - near beautiful Salute church and vaporetto stop - quiet and away from the crowds. Overlooking the Grand Canal.   Персонал - It was right next to the Rialto Bridge and easy to get to from the airport. Just take the vapperetto line 1 or 2 direction to San Marco, and get off at Rialto. All you have to do is cross the bridge and your there! We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Venice. - We stayed in one of the Palazzo Rosa's one bedroom apartments and found it to be perfect for our stay in Venice. The directions from the website made it easy to find the hotel (even at 9:00 pm in the dark) and the clerk at check-in walked us to the apartment to make sure that everything was OK. The Palazzo Rosa is in a wonderful location near the Ca D'Oro and just a quick walk to the Rialto area

  I stayed in the annex appartement. (which is accross the ai reali hotel). Location could not be better. Two streets away from the Rialto bridge but still quiet. Canel view and big enough place. Complete kitchen with dining table. Good wifi connection. And once you figure out how to walk two supermarkets are closeby (Coop and Punto) I liked it so m... что говорят » uch that I extended my stay. The price (in low season!) was good. Also the bed in was good. - 1) It's hard to find a hotel with good internet. This one definitely had good internet. 2) The room was quite nice. There is a living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. 3) The location is really good. Very close to Rialto bridge, few minutes away from the Piazza di San Marco.

  We arrived in the wrong place (San Luca Hotel)....but the owner called and the person from San Luca BB came to meet us and escort us to the B&B (really kind and above the level of what is required). As we arrived early in the morning, I wrote and they said they would be happy to even have us check in early. At the B&B we were offered coffe... что говорят » e and croissants while they prepared the room. Overall the service was great. The location is central and ideal. There is an Punto Simply (grocery) on - Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.
