These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site
overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and
spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our
room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more
helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was
much less that a taxi would cost. Overall a great hotel with an
excellent location to all the best that Rome has to offer. Public

Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. It was in an excellent location. The room was spacious and delivered as promised from the website. Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

I loved everything. You can see the colluseum from the window! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff couldn't of helped us more. Carried our bags, helped with maps and booked taxis for us. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always extra sandwiches included for our lunch.

Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights.
There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi.
Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies!
Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.

Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.
