Staff was super helpful regarding restaurant recommendations, directions and making a reservation for a taxi at 05:00 for us.   The experience was great. Everything perfect. The staff really helpful; the bedrooms big, beautiful and clean; breakfast included and good and good location. 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. If I go to Milan again that is the place I want to stay.. - Very family hotel. Cute and easy commuting to centre. Great customer service and friendly.

From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.

  This was a Very Basic hotel; no pictures on the walls; excellent for traveling. The room was cleaned everyday, we had a nice balcony for two. The bathroom was basic with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. Always plenty of hot water and plush towels.
