I would definit - We stayed at the Three Bedroom Apartment San Marco, fantastic location. Only about 150 metres up a walk way from Rialto Water Bus Stop, which is also a stop for the airport boat. A short 5 min walk into San Marco Square. Close to supermarket and nice little coffee shops. Very large apartment with lots of room for us - 2 adults and 3 kids. It also had 1 /12 bathrooms which made it easier. Kitchen was good, not alot of crockery/glassware but we made do. Apartment was incredibly clean, love

  What's not to like about a luxury yacht moored close to Venice with its own free water taxi to get you back after the water buses stop running. despite misgivings about the yacht being moored on another island it was very easy to get to Venice and back with a ten minute water bus ride. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby.
