  Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. We arrived very late at night and had difficulty getting a taxi and when i phoed the hotel to explain we were going to be delayed they came and picked us up. A very pleasant experience all round.
