  This apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Is 5 min walk from Waterbus station S. Angelo and around 10min walk from Piazza San Marco. The nearest restaurant with delicious pizza is 2 min. walk  The apartment was for 4 pers, but is good enough for 6 as well.   Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.
