  The staff were the nicest people we met on our trip. So helpful and attentive and even helped us rent a private boat. Great location right on the lake and close to Stresa. With the stay came included a voucher to use an open air eternity swimming pool at the sister hotel Villa Carlotta. This alone was worth the fee we paid to stay at Hotel Milan - Convenient to stay there for a stop over (several times on our trips to Tosca/Lombardy/France Riviera etc.(4-5 times)). Near to Stresa without the "Stresa Prices"! Easy to get to with free parking. Hotel is direct on the Lake with lovely restaurant with no road between hotel & lake (rare in the area). Friendly staff/service.
